Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Under $50: $9.95 flat rate — 3 to 7 business days
• $50 and over: Free shipping — 3 to 7 business days
• Express: $14.95 — 1 to 3 business days

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Issues

PO Boxes

We deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers for standard items. Oversized items may require a physical address.
