We want you to love every Purrfect purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Email hello@purrfect.com.au with your order number to initiate a return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Personalised or custom-made products

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@purrfect.com.au with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend trackable shipping.
